Light Therapy (ie. Photobiomodulation) is AMAZING and helps your body feel and work better - A LOT BETTER. It is truly one of the greatest examples of THE HEALING POWER OF NATURE. It's a painless and non-invasive form of treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to charge your cells and promote faster, deeper healing. It helps with peak performance, optimal wellbeing, healing, and radiant aging.
TWO therapies are offered:
1 - Red Light/Near Infrared BED
2 - Infrared SAUNA
You will sign a consent form prior to use of the Light Therapy Health Center.
Please be aware of reasons, cautions, and contraindications for use (this will be part of the consent). Consult your medical provider as needed prior to use.

Greetings! I’m Dr. Dowse, a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist with over 15 years of experience helping (mainly) adults feel better in their bodies and lives.

I have focused on pain relief and optimizing recovery, women’s health & menopause, stress and adrenal support, digestive health, immune health, nervous system balance, inflammation, skin health, and overall wellness.

I work in conjunction with your healthcare team and do not serve as a replacement for your primary care physician.

My goal is simple and consistent: to help you feel better and support you in reaching—and maintaining—your personal health and wellness goals.

I bring a warm, uplifting, and detail-oriented perspective to every visit and blend acupuncture, naturopathic and old traditional medicine, medical pulse diagnosis, and herbal therapy to create thoughtful, individualized care.
